This session is the second in the 201-training series designed to equip local government finance and capital project staff with the knowledge and tools to strategically apply financing to accelerate energy and decarbonization projects. This training focuses on real-world applications through detailed case studies from Bay Area and other local governments, illustrating how financing tools and procurement strategies have been deployed successfully in practice. Attendees will leave with a more advanced understanding of how to apply these financing tools and procurement strategies within their own agencies.
